With their steeper, modern roof pitch and more than adequate roof overhangs on all four sides, The Elite has satisfied the requirements of covenant restricted neighborhoods. Choose your color of 30 year architechural shingles as well as the paint and trim colors. Door options range from Double swing french doors, to the roll-up door, to single entry doors - or all three if you like! Shutters, flower boxes, and even a rooftop cupola are available as options to dress up your building!
