The Utility is economically priced and offers an option to those who prefer something other than the barn look. In recent years it has been our best seller. Many door choices are available with The Utility, including our standard, high quality metal roll-up door or a 36" metal house-type door. The Utility can be fitted with extra doors as well as windows. With a little customization The Utility can be used for a cabin, an office, or for storage. Pick between stained or painted and choose your own paint color.
